When Alcove M.D.P. was developed we had a simple mission – to offer upscale modern housing within the boundaries of one of the most exciting neighborhoods in Chicago; all the while maintaining an atmosphere of seclusion and relaxation. Located at Milwaukee, Division, and Paulina Streets, Alcove is a small, luxurious residential project which is close enough to the excitement of Wicker Park but also provides a quiet, peaceful environment that allows you to remove yourself from its fast-paced nature.
Alcove M.D.P. was designed with the goal of creating a collection of luxury condominiums and townhouses that combine modern architecture with stylish interior designs and create comfortable and modern homes. "MDP" refers to Alcove's unique location on Milwaukee Street (MD), Division Street (D) and Paulina Street (P). Together these three streets form the intersection of some of Chicago's most energetic neighborhoods.
